Servicing
We constantly strive to offer the best possible service and offer as required repairs, or yearly contracts. Our repairs start from £95 with an external clean & optic polish. We have a standard band repair cost of £295 for rigid endoscopes that covers up to 6 optic rod replacements, general minor distal tip damage and bends etc.
We find that around 75% of actual repairs are included in this standard band. We can repair most brands and offer a handy 'one call' service for all your endoscopes, rigid and flexible.
If damage is found to be more extensive than covered by the standard band price we supply an extended band repair price quotation, usually within 48 hours of collection. Work then commences on receipt of your authority.
All repairs have 12 months warranty.
If repair is impossible or just not cost effective, we will quote you for a low price 'repair replacement' whenever possible. This is a new alternative scope, we manufacture to the same design and quality as the one we are replacing. This ensures no further cost is incurred in replacing accessories you may already have.
Our new own brand rigid endoscopes are fully repairable. None are 'sealed' as found with some major manufacturers designs which restricts repair opportunity and promotes the need for more frequent replacement, all repairs are completed in the UK.
FLEXIBLE ENDOSCOPE REPAIRS & SERVICE
We can repair most makes and models of flexible endoscope including Olympus, Pentax, Fujinon and Storz. We offer service contracts if you are concerned about unexpected repair costs. We will always quote before the work is started and repairs have 90 days warranty.
We can repair both medical and veterinary video or fibre endoscopes including:

Most common issues are blockages, poor angulation, and pin hole leaks to the tubes or bending section which we are repaired at our UK based repair workshop. The majority of repairs are completed in the UK. In the case of full refurbishment, we have business partners in the USA that complete the work with us to help keep costs as low as possible for you.
Wherever possible we supply loan endoscope free of charge with the UK so that you can continue to offer the service while your endoscope is away for repair.
