Q. I am getting a cloudy image, what could be the cause?
A. Fluid invasion, damaged distal window or simply a dirty distal window. All of which we can remedy at a competitive price with a fast turnaround.
Q. Should I leak test and why.
A. Yes, please leak test. We recommend you do so before and after cleaning. Why? Because during cleaning, fluid invades and can cause major damage to your scope. We can supply leak testers and instructions (link to online buying page). If you fail to do this, it can cost you thousands of pounds to rectify this sort of damage.
Q. What services do you offer?
A. Supply of new and second user medical equipment.

Q. What do you charge for a call out fee?
A. We don’t.
Q. I have a scope that I would like to send to you for assessment/repair. What is the best method to get it to you?
A. Whether a ridged or flexible, ensure it is packed and protected well from possible damage from posting. Special delivery is cost effective and ensures arrival to destination. Arrange at your local post office or on line, where you can also arrange pick up.

Q. Do you provide training?
A. Yes, in the care and maintenance of the equipment.
Q. Do you offer service contracts?
A. Yes, on the equipment we supply and also on your current equipment.
Q. Can you visit us to demonstrate equipment?
A. Yes we can; enabling you to asses the use and efficiency in your own work place with your colleagues.
Q. I am not sure whether videoscope or fibrescope is the best option for me.
A. Once we have discussed what your needs are, we can then put together options, and bring them to you to decide
Q. Why should we invest in expensive diagnostic equipment?
A. Let us show you and share our experience, and you can decide whether it could benefit your business and clients.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, no problems. But please do be aware that some countries have import restrictions and you will be responsible for your countries import duty.
Q. What other products to you supply?
A. Have a look at our portfolio of new products , or view our used products page but it doesn’t stop there, you name it, we can source it.
Q. Can I integrate my existing equipment to upgrade to video?
A. Most of the time yes, but its best we come and have a look so you know exactly what will work and what is best for you.
Q. I am having problems getting a clear image from my video endoscope.
A. There is always someone at the end of the phone that can help talk you through the trouble shooting process. If all else fails we can be there to fix the problem, we understand how important time and your equipment is for your clients.
Q. Do you supply instruments and accessories?
A. Anything from forceps to blank DVD’s.
